Eurocastle bought back its shares

Eurocastle Investment has repurchased 60 million euros in treasury shares. The listed investor will announce this after the registration period has expired. In total, the listed investor bought back more than 7.1 million of his own ordinary shares for € 8.45 each.

The Eurocastle bid, which was overwritten, follows the sale of part of an interest in doValue. With the share buyback, Eurocastle wants to return the proceeds of 45 million euros, supplemented with 15 million euros that the investor already had in cash, to its shareholders. The shares that are repurchased have a voting right of approximately 16.28 percent.
