Fastned has more than 250 fast charging stations for electric cars

Fastned has more than 250 operational charging stations for electric cars in its network since Thursday. The company announced this in a press release. Fastned wants to expand its network to a total of 1000 fast charging stations by 2030.

Fastned writes that the company opened two new fast charging stations on Thursday, one in France and one in the UK. This means that it now has more than 250 fast charging stations in its network. The Dutch company has these stations in six different countries. In addition to the Netherlands, France and the UK, there are also charging stations in Germany, Switzerland and Belgium.

The company says it wants to grow over the next decade and hopes to have a network of a thousand charging stations in busy locations by 2030. In October, the company said it already has more than 1,000 charging stations, which were then divided into 210 charging stations. The company said early last year that the company expected to already have more than 250 charging stations by the end of 2022.
